Please allow me to introduce myself.
 
As a Senior Human Capital professional, I have developed an interdisciplinary background in the corporate and academic arena. My experience includes leadership practices in Human Resources, Talent Management and Development; Training, Executive Coaching, and Blended Adult Learning Theories; Diversity, Multicultural Synergy, and Emotional Intelligence; Organizational Development, Change Management, and Technical Programming. I can provide leadership and direction in the development of short and long-term strategies and execute them against organizational mission, goals, and objectives.

Highly creative and particularly skilled in converging divergent ideas and agendas, have solid coaching and leadership skills, communication skills, and critical thinking skills, and the ability to guide Talent Management in a manner that aligns individual and organizational objectives and ensures goal attainment.

Completed a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Instructional Technology, achieving a 4.0 cumulative GPA with a focus on the following bodies of knowledge:

• Organizational Diagnosis, Change Management, and Conflict Resolution

Contributions in the areas of Social Responsibility and Community Service have been recognized by the American Red Cross, The American Cancer Society, United Way, and Operation Mobilization International. Played a key leadership role by providing disaster relief management in the aftermath of Hurricane Francis and Gene, and the tsunami in India, linking service providers and service recipients in a comprehensive food, first-aid, and building supplies distribution system that reached more than 50,000 families throughout the affected areas.
